Kimmerle Newman Architects (KNA) of Harding, NJ and New York City has been retained by Dobco Inc. for a major repositioning assignment in Wayne, NJ, and will be collaborating with a professional team that includes Jones Lang LaSalle and Silbert Associates.
One Geoffrey Way fronts on the Point View Reservoir, on a wooded and rolling site located in the northern end of the township. The property consists of 191 acres anchored by a 603,000 square foot, 3-building complexthat served as the Toy R Us headquarters offices. Dobco acquired the property in Summer 2019.
