Simone Development Companies, a full service real estate investment company, has announced the signing of two long-term leases totaling 5,592 square feet of office and medical space at 2510 Westchester in the Bronx, bringing the property to 100% long-term occupancy.
Unlimited Care Nursing Services, a home care, facility care and institutional staffing provider, has signed a seven-year lease for 4,000 square feet, while United Probation Officers Association, an organization representing over 800 probation officers, has signed a 10-year lease for 1,592 square feet in the building.
2510 Westchester Avenue is a three-story office and medical building ideally located by Westchester Square Station in the Bronx, providing direct access to multiple mass transit options. The 60,000-square-foot building is also well connected to the rest of the city and the Tri-State area through both the Cross Bronx Expressway and the Hutchinson River Parkway. The building was designed for both office and medical uses and offers an on-site parking garage.
“We continue to experience exciting leasing activity in this area of the Bronx, both at 2510 Westchester and Simone Development’s Hutchinson Metro Center, a major hub for healthcare, office and education tenants located just a short subway stop away,” said Josh Gopan, AVP at Simone Development. “We are confident both Unlimited Care Nursing Services and the United Probation Officers Association will be great additions to an already diverse and successful community of tenants at 2510 Westchester and thrilled they chose Simone as their long-term landlord.”
The property is home to various medical practices including the Bronx Community Wellness Center, the Advanced Urology and Radiation Centers of New York, Premier Home Health Services and the Bronx Westchester Medical Group.
