JLL has been selected to market 500 North Franklin Turnpike, a 141,000-square-foot office building in Ramsey, New Jersey, on behalf of the Highstone Equity Group, a New Jersey-based real estate investment firm.
The JLL team leading leasing and marketing the property will include executive managing director Frank D. Recine; senior vice president Derek DeMartino; and associate vice president Colleen Maguire.

The three-floor building is currently 80% leased, with 25,785 square feet of office space available for lease.
