Education Department Offers New Flexible Options for Agents to Pursue Enrichment Courses
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) New England, New York, and Westchester Properties, one of the most respected real estate companies, is now offering a Virtual Designation Specialist certification to all its agents. This designation will allow sales executives to show potential clients that they have been trained and are skilled at using the necessary virtual tools for these online transactions.
Some of the required courses to obtain a Virtual Specialist Certification are: Dotloop (paperless transaction management), Zoom (virtually staying connected), Visual Listing Presentation (winning in a virtual listing appointment), Virtual Visits and Video (defining and sharing videos), Virtual Open Houses (going live for clients), and Digital Marketing (creating and sharing property information on their proprietary platforms), among others.
Additionally, as part of their ongoing commitment to supporting their agents throughout periods of change no matter what their schedule looks like, BHHS New England, New York, and Westchester Properties is also offering two virtual night classes a week to cater to their agents and their increasingly busy lives. The company strives to provide flexible and laid-back options for its agents to enroll in enrichment courses. Agents who register for these after-hour courses are encouraged to take the classes from wherever they feel the most comfortable. Children, pets, having a glass of wine, or even eating dinner during these sessions are welcome.
