There is white oak flooring throughout custom cabinets, stone countertops and high end appliances in all kitchens. The bathrooms are finished with porcelain tiles and feature Hydro System soaking tubs, Duravit and Riobel fixtures.
Amenities include a roof deck and landscape, two parking spots for sale and storage for sale.
Located in Downtown Brooklyn, which offers a dense urban feel, there are many retail shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and parks.
Prices for the one and two bedroom residences range between $950,000 and $1,370,000. Sales begin November 2020, with occupancy slated for Q1 2021.
