Douglas Elliman Introduces the Peraino & Lawrence Team


Douglas Elliman, the largest brokerage in the New York Metropolitan area?and?one of?the?largest independent residential?real estate brokerages?in the United States, is pleased to announce the newly formed Peraino & Lawrence Team. Founded by industry veterans John Lawrence and Joe Peraino, the team will service Manhattan and will focus heavily on the condo, co-op and townhome resale market. They are also quickly expanding their presence in Westchester.

Having worked together as colleagues in the past, Peraino and Lawrence have forged a unique office culture where responsiveness, transparency and client support are all top priorities.

Since joining Elliman in 2006, Lawrence has concurrently managed three offices for the company, opening the firm’s Riverdale office, and overseeing over two billion in sales annually. Most recently, he served as the Executive Manager of Sales for Douglas Elliman’s 1995 Broadway office. His skills in managing large scale projects, diverse work schedules and a wide range of communication needs inspired this partnership with Joe Peraino.

His team has also been ranked in the Top 10 at the firm for the past eight consecutive years.
