DLA Piper has been named Law Firm of the Year for Real Estate and Insurance at the JUVE Awards, in a ceremony which took place on Thursday 29 October.

The annual JUVE awards are the most prestigious in the German legal industry, with firms being recognized for successful approaches within the sector.

The mandate of an industrial insurer concerning claims for directors' and officers' liability against an insolvency administrator in the energy sector is an example for the know-how in complex cases with insolvency law background.
