Avison Young Named Exclusive Sales Agent for Industrial Property in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

Asking price is $10,950,000 for prime industrial distribution center in Greenpoint neighborhood

The Tri-State Investment Sales Group for Avison Young has been named the exclusive sales agent for 29-33 Meserole Avenue, a 18,320-square-foot industrial distribution facility, in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood. The asking price for the property is $10,950,000.

Director Brent Glodowski, Associate Directors Frederick Richter and Chris Johnson, and Senior Associate Alexandra Marolda are marketing the property on behalf of the owner.

“This is a tremendous opportunity to invest in a prime industrial distribution or end user location with three loading bays, cold storage facilities and ample storage space,” Nelson said. “Greenpoint is in high demand and the property at 29 Meserole Avenue offers close proximity to major trucking routes connecting the five boroughs and the tristate area.”

Located on the corner of Banker Street and Meserole Avenue, the building will be delivered vacant and fully built out for industrial use.
