Two Decades of Leadership

Led by Principals Eric Derector, Patrick Fitzpatrick and Pat Higgins, Quest is poised to continue to expand its footprint. Derector has more than20 years of experience in both the real estate and construction industry and has successfully completed more than two million square feet of new construction, tenant modernization work and commercial office fitouts. Fitzpatrick has more than 25 years of construction experience and has completed more than two million square feet of core and shell work, interior fitouts and commercial upgrades. In 2018, Higgins joined the team as Principal and Director of Operations as an industry veteran with more than 25 years of construction and operational experience managing and delivering projects for some of New York’s most notable financial institutions, law firms, brokerage houses, developers and landlords.
