Arch Companies is pleased to announce that Patrick Hoyle has joined Arch Companies as Development Director. He will be instrumental in leading the execution of development projects for Arch Companies’ growing development portfolio and brings with him more than 15 years of experience.
“Patrick will be based in New York City where we have three active ground up developments,” says Jeffrey Simpson, Managing Partner of Arch Companies. “His deep industry knowledge, business acumen and technical skills will be a tremendous asset to Arch Companies as we continue to grow our development portfolio in the coming years.”

Hoyle’s deep range of experience includes design, entitlements, construction, finance, leasing and marketing. Most recently, he worked at Carmel Partners, where he focused on ground up multifamily developments in the New York and Washington, D.C. markets.

Patrick holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with concentrations in real estate management and finance, and a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
