Broadway Cleaners, which has served residents for years, is a prime example.

The lease, 933-square feet of ground-floor space with 18 feet of frontage on Broadway, is a long- term direct lease. There is additional retail space available within 344 Broadway. Roth handled the deal for the landlord in-house. There was no broker on the tenant side.
