Fried Frank acted as counsel to Pretium Partners in connection with its multi-tiered joint venture with Ares Management and other investors to acquire Front Yard Residential in an approximately US$2.5 billion take-private transaction. The closing of this transaction, which is the first take-private in the single-family rental sector, makes Pretium the second-largest single-family rental owner and operator in the United States with a portfolio of over 55,000 single-family rentals.
