Katie Nugent, who for nearly a decade has helped define Fairfield County’s residential real estate market, has returned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) New England Properties. The announcement was made today by Candace Adams, president of the acclaimed brokerage.

Nugent -- an Ohio native who previously worked seven years with BHHS New England Properties -- has consistently been a major influence in the area, specifically in the sale of single-family homes throughout Wilton, CT and the surrounding towns. Having most recently worked for Compass, Nugent will now be based out of BHHS New England Properties’ Westport Regional office at 20 Wilton Rd. in Westport, Conn.
