Macro, A Savills Company, has announced that DeVon Prioleau has joined the firm as Director, as part of Macro’s continued commitment to grow and scale its global high-level end-to-end project and program management platform.

In his role, Prioleau will join Macro’s leaders to further expand its best-in-class team in both the public and private sectors. His longtime industry experience bridges design and real estate development, with his extensive experience in strategic planning, advisory, process management, and technical building expertise. Prioleau also brings a deep expertise in sustainable development, both domestically and internationally, in sectors including hospitality and retail. He is a well-respected industry speaker and a proven leader in managing teams and assignments for projects up to 1.5 million sq. ft.

Prioleau is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is Construction Management, Construction Management and Cost Estimating Certified from NYREI. He was also named a REBNY Coro Fellow Program inaugural class of 2020 – an initiative dedicated to promoting diversity in real estate leadership, building on his work rolling-out high-impact DEI Programming, Education and Mentorship Platforms (in collaboration with C.U.R.E., where he’s an executive board member).
