Harlem-based Bohemia Realty Group is hosting “What to Expect When Renting” on Tuesday, July 26, 7 to 8:30 p.m. at its Washington Heights offices at 3880 Broadway, between 162nd and 163rd Streets. Free to the public, it is the second seminar in a monthly series and will be led by veteran agents Erin Whitney, Maria Failla and Michaela Morton.  The session will focus on guiding new, as well as experienced renters through the exciting and sometimes scary process of renting an apartment in the current New York City climate. Topics will cover: what to expect from the varied uptown landscape; paperwork and monies to prepare in order to be first in line for a dream apartment; and how best to troubleshoot any qualifications prospective renters may be struggling to meet.
