Aranjira, was raised on the hoist of the tower by the project’s general contractor, Noble Construction Group, honoring the neighborhood’s deep-rooted history and Eastlight’s commitment to Kips Bay’s burgeoning future, as the area continues to experience an unprecedented wave of new development.
Designed by the internationally recognized firm of CetraRuddy Architecture, the 144 unit, 34 story residential condominium will be the tallest building in the area, commanding attention with its dynamic 360-degree views overlooking New York City.
